Frequently Asked Questions

A selection of stuff we regularly get asked:

  1. How do I get FCSP match tickets for me and my mates?
  2. When’s your next screening?
  3. Can I have some stickers?

1. How do I get FCSP match tickets for me and my mates?

Please be aware that FC St. Pauli is against every form of discrimination, racism, sexism or hooliganism, moreover against any kind of discrimination based on an individual’s sexual preferences and inclination. No form of discrimination will be tolerated. Similarly, the club do not want large groups of lads rocking up to the Millerntor fresh from a stag do down the Reeperbahn. You WILL be turned away.

Please also note: Manchester St. Pauli doesn’t receive special treatment when it comes to getting hold of tickets, so please don’t ask if we can get a load of them tickets for you and your mates!

Home games

There are number of official channels you can go through but buying tickets online and collecting them at the stadium would be our recommended option. You can do that through Eventim: https://www.eventimsports.de/ols/fcstpauli

Away games

Contact the Away ticket office – they will post the ticket out to you for an additional cost and take payment via credit card. To acquire tickets you can email the ticket office at auswaertskarten@fcstpauli.com (in English is fine if you can’t speak German). There’s no deadline from when you can send ticket requests, so get them in as soon as possible, and include the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Membership number
(if applicable, note that members and season ticket holders get priority over non-members)
  4. Match
(state the match you want to attend, note that each match should be on a different email if you want to attend more than one)
  5. Number of tickets required
(state the number of tickets you want, and also whether you want them to be standing or seating tickets – although the club often struggle to offer standing tickets)
  6. Payment details
(provide your credit card number and expiry date, and the ticket office should be able to charge your credit card. If this is a problem, they will ask you to do a bank transfer)

2. When’s your next screening?

Keep an eye on our Screenings section for details of the next match screening.

3. Can I have some stickers?

Sure! You can buy a pack in our shop and we’ll love you forever. Your fiver will help us cover the cost of manufacturing and postage, with the remainder going to our community initiatives.
